Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Head role based at Apollo Cradle & Apollo Spectra, Greater Noida.

The Business

Head will oversee overall hospital operations, including strategic planning, revenue growth, cost optimization, and service quality for the facility. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, supervising departmental heads, ensuring adherence to clinical and administrative standards, and driving patient satisfaction initiatives. The role involves coordinating with medical leadership, managing budgets and resource allocation, implementing process improvements,



and supporting marketing and community outreach activities.

The Business

Head will also be responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading teams to achieve business and clinical goals. Immediate availability to join is expected for this position.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare administration, with demonstrated ability to manage operations, finance, and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills, including the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clinical leaders.
- Competence in strategic planning, business development, and performance management, with familiarity in handling budgets, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centric care and customer service.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes; experience in maternity and pediatric services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida, manage agile operational needs, and adapt quickly as an immediate joiner.
