? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Identifying and acquiring new Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners
✅ Generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
✅ Building relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and procurement teams
✅ Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to client onboarding
✅ Negotiating staffing agreements and developing long-term business partnerships
✅ Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving business development targets
? What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Business Development within the US Staffing industry
✔️ Proven expertise in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
✔️ Strong understanding of Direct Client, MSP, and VMS models
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔️ A self-driven, target-oriented professional with a passion for business growth
