Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure segments.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal project and technical teams, and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and support pricing and negotiation strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance,



maintaining CRM data, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and site visits.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to collaborate with project management and technical teams to align proposals with service capabilities.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with clear, professional writing and speaking skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, project management consulting, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, travel for client meetings as needed, and uphold ethical, inclusive business practices.
