Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and packaging assessments.
- Prepare business proposals, RFQs, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close business deals.




- Coordinate with design and operations teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM records, and business forecasts.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong sales, lead generation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related B2B industries will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and business opportunities effectively.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business growth.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Candidates with equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
