Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential partners, clients, and opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and compiling reports to inform business development strategies.

The role involves communicating with prospective clients, assisting in outreach campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality customer service. The intern will also help prepare presentations, proposals,



and documentation that support Impact Cred’s impact auditing services.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead generation and customer service skills, with comfort engaging prospects and supporting relationship-building efforts.
- Market research skills, including gathering, organizing, and summarizing information about industries, competitors, and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools is a plus).
- Interest in impact measurement, sustainability, or social enterprises is strongly preferred.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
