Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, supporting lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups. Daily tasks include conducting market research on target industries and competitors, preparing basic proposals or pitch materials, and coordinating with internal teams to align business development efforts with PR campaigns.

The intern will communicate with prospects and existing clients under guidance, help respond to inquiries,



and support the improvement of customer engagement processes. This role offers exposure to business development strategies within a PR agency and opportunities to learn client-facing skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and campaign data.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with interest in prospecting and outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support positive client experiences and timely responses.
- Interest in PR, marketing, or business development and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
