We are looking for Business Development Interns and Executives to help us find potential clients, generate leads, and grow our business.

About the Job

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels.
- Generate and qualify leads based on Decode Growth’s target audience and business requirements.
- Conduct outreach to prospects through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email to initiate business conversations.
- Understand Decode Growth’s services across strategy, branding, design, technology, marketing, and growth solutions.
- Communicate our services effectively to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads and support the team throughout the sales process.




- Maintain and regularly update lead databases, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads consistently and assist in converting qualified prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and handover of qualified leads.
- Track outreach, lead generation, and conversion activities and share regular updates with the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to identify new growth avenues.
