We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for promoting DocTutorials' NEET SS educational programs, connecting with NEET SS aspirants, and driving business growth through field sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers, particularly NEET SS aspirants and postgraduate medical students.

Conduct field visits to medical colleges, hospitals, medical hostels, and residency centres.

Promote DocTutorials' NEET SS courses, subscription plans, and educational offerings.

Generate quality leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and student engagement.

Build strong relationships with doctors, residents, and medical professionals.





Conduct product demonstrations and explain course features and benefits.

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into paid subscribers.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Must have a personal laptop (mandatory).

Willingness to travel across Mumbai for field activities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Experience in education sales or the medical education industry will be an added advantage.
