Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for manufacturing and engineering services.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial companies.
- Generate new business enquiries, RFQs and purchase orders.
- Connect with procurement managers, sourcing teams and engineering heads.
- Manage customer meetings, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Identify new markets and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace,



Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering services is preferred.
- Solid existing industry contacts and a professional network among OEMs, procurement teams and industrial customers.
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and generating business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Important Expectations
- Monthly business development targets are mandatory.
- Must be proactive and capable of independently generating new business.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must take ownership of customer acquisition and order conversion.
