AdharAI Technologies is expanding its business development team and inviting ambitious, result-oriented professionals to join us as Business Development Executives.

We are looking for individuals with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a passion for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.

POSITION DETAILS

- Designation: Business Development Executive
- Number of Vacancies: 05
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Education: MBA / BE / B.Tech / Other Graduation
- Job Locations: Pune, Sambhajinagar and other locations across Maharashtra
- Industry Preference: IT, Software, AI and Technology

- KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
2. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, referrals and market research.
3. Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements and present appropriate technology solutions.
4. Build and maintain solid professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
5. Conduct client meetings, business presentations, product demonstrations and solution discussions.
6. Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations and client presentations.
7. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
8.



Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
9. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
10. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records and periodic performance reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business development, sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions and emerging technologies.
- Strong presentation, networking and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
