We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern to support our growing team across sales, lead generation, product onboarding, operations, packaging coordination, and digital marketing activities.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real business operations, customer interaction, CRM handling, and online marketing for our brands:

? Key ResponsibilitiesSales, Lead Generation & Calling

- Handle website enquiries and incoming leads
- Generate recent leads through online platforms, databases, and research
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on enquiries
- Support website sales and new product sales
- Maintain daily calling, enquiry, and follow-up records
- Update and manage leads in Salesforce CRM

Product Onboarding & Operations

- Assist in onboarding new products
- Support indent creation and tracking
- Maintain product-related and policy documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and updates

Packaging & Compliance Support

- Assist in packaging requirements for new products




- Support certification and compliance document checks
- Coordinate with vendors for packaging and product details
- Help in vendor creation and item data entry

Digital Marketing (Google Ads & SEO)

- Assist in managing Google Ads (Domestic & International)
- Support keyword research and ad copy updates
- Monitor basic campaign performance
- Assist in SEO activities (keyword tracking, on-page updates)
- Support reporting and performance analysis

? Skills & Eligibility
- Graduate / MBA student (Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing preferred)
- Good communication and calling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and digital marketing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with coordination and follow-ups
