Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers and students through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's training programs, courses, and internship opportunities to interested students.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and achieve business goals.
- Participate in sales campaigns and business development activities.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Confidence in interacting with customers over calls and messages.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development strategies.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
