Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and methodologies within the team to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
