We are looking for a structured, self-driven problem solver who loves bringing order to chaos.

Working directly with the Founder, you will operate like an internal consultant, moving across teams, identifying business and operational challenges, and solving them one at a time.

Your goal will be simple: Simplify. Standardise. SOPify. Automate.

What You'll Do

- Solve Business Problems: Work closely with the Founder and different teams to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Streamline Processes: Understand existing workflows, challenge unnecessary steps and design simpler, scalable processes.
- Document & SOPify: Create structured SOPs, process maps, checklists and clear ownership frameworks.
- Automate: Use AI, no-code tools and technology to reduce manual work, eliminate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
- Productise: Translate recurring business processes into requirements for internal tools and product features, collaborating with Product and Tech where needed.
- Own Execution: Drive initiatives independently from problem identification to implementation, adoption and measurable improvement.





What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, founder's office, business operations or process excellence.
- Highly organised and structured, with exceptional documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects without constant supervision.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI and no-code automation tools (ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, Apps Script or similar).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
