Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and user needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define solutions.
- Support the design and evolution of e-commerce capabilities across web, mobile, content, checkout and customer domains.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
- Assess the impact of changes across systems, processes, and customer journeys.
- Act as an integrator between multiple IT teams like Product, Price and Personal Assistant.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing, releases, and post-release validation to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
- Drive alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technical feasibility.

What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Business Analyst,



Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and e-commerce processes.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into practical solutions.
- Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital products, or omnichannel retail environments.
- Familiarity with web technologies, customer-facing applications, and digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization is considered a plus, but is not required.
- Experience with analytics, personalization, customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
