Role Description The Brand Partnerships Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strategic brand partnerships that support client growth. This role involves researching potential partner brands, initiating outreach, and managing ongoing communication to create mutually beneficial collaborations. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand client needs, preparing pitches and proposals, tracking partnership performance, and supporting promotional campaigns.





The associate will also maintain accurate records of partnership activities, contribute to partnership strategy, and ensure timely follow-up and service delivery to partner brands and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship management, responsiveness, and delivering a positive partner and client experience.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and the ability to support closing partnership opportunities.
- Marketing skills, such as understanding brand positioning, promotional activities, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is advantageous.
