To manage overall technical operations, engineering services, and maintenance of the assigned property, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and asset preservation.

Technical

Operations &

- Maintenance

- Manage daily building operations and MEP services.

- Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, HT/LT panels, lifts, fire systems, STP, WTP, and plumbing.

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.

B. Vendor &

- Contract Management

- Manage technical vendors, contractors, and AMC contracts.

- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.

Statutory

Compliance &

- Safety

- Ensure statutory compliance, licenses, and inspections.

- Implement fire safety, emergency response, and risk management procedures.

D. Energy &

- Cost Management

- Monitor electricity, diesel, and water consumption.

- Drive energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives.

E. Budgeting &

- Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets.

- Control operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
