About MyDukan
MyDukan is a retail ERP that helps shop owners manage billing, stock, and accounts. Building the software was the easier part. The real challenge is reaching the shop owner, earning his trust, and showing him a better way to run his business.
About the Role
As a Retail Growth Intern, you will speak directly with retail business owners. You will understand how they work today, what slows them down, and how MyDukan can help. This is real selling, to real businesses, with real outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Call retail shop owners and introduce MyDukan
- Understand their daily business problems through conversation
- Explain how MyDukan fits their needs, in simple language
- Follow up with interested shop owners and help convert them
- Record every conversation and outcome in the shared tracker
- Share feedback on common objections and customer needs
What Success Looks Like
- Conversations that end with "Okay, show me"
- Clear, honest notes the team can act on
- Steady improvement in how you pitch and listen
Who Should Apply
- MBA or BBA students studying in Indore or Bhopal
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English
- Curious about how small businesses really run
- Patient with rejection, and willing to learn from it
