​XP India is hiring a Branch Executive for our Hoskote hub. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day ground operations, including vehicle loading/unloading, last-mile dispatch, trip sheet management, and coordinating appointment-based deliveries.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Vehicle & Floor Operations:

- ​Supervise and coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle loading and unloading.
- ​Ensure proper material handling, sorting, and damage control on the branch floor.

​Trip Creation & Dispatch:
- ​Generate and manage daily Trip Sheets / Manifests in the system.
- ​Assign delivery routes to drivers/delivery executives for optimal last-mile movement.

​Last Mile & Appointment Delivery:
- ​Oversee smooth Last-Mile Operations to achieve target SLA/TAT.
- ​Manage scheduled and Appointment-Based Deliveries (E-commerce / Retail / B2B) ensuring time-bound execution.

​Inventory & Documentation:
- ​Track undelivered/returned shipments (RTO) and reconcile daily stocks.




- ​Maintain floor documentation, proof of delivery (POD) collection, and system updates.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or last-mile delivery operations.

​Skills:

- ​Good understanding of trip creation, dispatch workflows, and route execution.
- ​Familiarity with appointment delivery requirements.

​Basic computer/ERP/system data entry knowledge.

​Location: Candidates living in or comfortable commuting to Hoskote.

​Salary & Perks:

​Net Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand per month

​Statutory Benefits: PF + ESI applicable as per norms
