Role Description The Branch Manager – EduTech will oversee day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch, ensuring smooth delivery of cybersecurity training programs and services in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing admissions, counseling prospective learners, and supporting learners throughout their program journey.

The Branch

Manager will lead and coach the local team, coordinate scheduling for classes, workshops, and events, and maintain high standards of learner experience and service quality.

Responsibilities also include tracking branch performance, driving local marketing and outreach initiatives, maintaining relationships with partners and institutions, and reporting key metrics to leadership.



The role requires working closely with instructors and operations teams to align branch activities with Offenso’s academic and business goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch or center management within education, training, or EdTech, with skills in operations oversight and team coordination.
- Strong people management and leadership abilities, including performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Customer service and learner relationship skills, with the ability to counsel prospective learners and support diverse learner needs.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity or IT education domains, with interest in staying current on trends in tech and training.
- Sales and marketing skills relevant to education services, including local outreach, event promotion, and lead conversion.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, CRM or student management systems, and data-driven reporting of branch performance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, IT, or a related field; prior experience in EdTech or training centers is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and adapt to a fast-paced, learner-focused setting with flexible scheduling when needed.
