About the RoleLi & Li Couture, a premium kidswear and designer gown brand, is looking for an experienced Boutique Production Incharge to plan, coordinate and manage daily production activities.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of garment construction and experience handling boutique or customised garment production.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily production schedules and assign work to staff.
- Coordinate cutting, embroidery, handwork, stitching, finishing and quality checking.
- Monitor multiple orders and ensure timely completion.
- Identify material shortages, production delays and quality issues.
- Reduce stitching errors, alterations and rework.
- Coordinate with fashion designers, cutting masters and production staff.




- Update daily production status in ERP or Excel.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in boutique, designer-wear or garment production.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Garment Production or related field preferred.
- Good understanding of garment construction, measurements, stitching and finishing.
- Ability to manage production staff and multiple orders independently.
- Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in customised garments, bridal wear, designer gowns, kidswear or made-to-order production.

- Note: This is a garment production management role, not a showroom sales or general manufacturing position.
