The lecturer should ensure syllabus completion, strengthen conceptual understanding, prepare students for board examinations and NEET, and monitor overall academic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology as per the Karnataka PUC syllabus.
- Handle theory and practical laboratory sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Provide academic guidance and NEET-oriented coaching.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure safety.
- Participate in departmental meetings and institutional activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: M.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, or relevant biological sciences.
- Experience: 3–5 years of teaching experience.
- Subject Knowledge: Solid understanding of PUC Biology and NEET syllabus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring abilities.
- Preference: Candidates with NEET coaching experience.
