Role Description:

The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s project portfolio in architecture, construction, and interiors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with internal design and project teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and providing regular reporting on sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to develop growth strategies and support long-term partnerships.

Essential Requirements:

Any undergraduate degree.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience is mandatory.

Proven experience in construction or interior product sales, such as decors, furnitures, paints, tiles, interior products, wood products, residential modular kitchens, false ceilings, TV units, and wardrobes.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Hands-on experience in construction and interior project conversions, including sales conversions and deal closures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
