Link Tech Software is looking for a motivated, experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Online Bidder who can identify business opportunities, connect with international clients and convert leads into successful IT projects.

We are a growing IT services company offering Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software Solutions, AI Solutions, Cloud Services and Digital Marketing.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Freelancer and other platforms.

✅ Prepare personalized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements.

✅ Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

✅ Communicate with international clients and handle follow-ups, negotiations and project discussions.

✅ Coordinate with our technical team for project estimation, scope and delivery timelines.

✅ Maintain bidding reports, lead pipelines and conversion records.

? What We're Looking For





✔️ 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development or Online Bidding.

✔️ Practical experience with Upwork, Freelance and PeoplePerHour.

✔️ Robust English communication and proposal-writing skills.

✔️ Understanding of website development, mobile applications and software services.

✔️ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
