Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing sales, recruitment sales, or IT staffing business development.

Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to generate leads and close business independently.

Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT Staffing, VLSI Staffing, RPO, Contract Staffing, or Executive Search.

Existing network of HR professionals and hiring managers.

Knowledge of staffing industry KPIs and recruitment lifecycle.
