We're looking for a passionate and skilled Bakery Commis to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery & pastry products.
- Assist with croissants, breads, cakes, brownies and other baked goods.
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste and presentation.
- Follow recipes, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support daily kitchen production and operations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of bakery experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
- Experience with dough handling, proofing and viennoiserie is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
