Role Description The Barista role is a full-time, on-site position based at Cafe PNQ in the Pune Division. The Barista prepares specialty coffee and other beverages and ensures that orders are served accurately and promptly. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the café and workstations, and handling payments at the counter.

The Barista supports a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests,



answering questions about the menu, and addressing guest needs professionally. This role also involves restocking supplies, following food safety and hygiene standards, and working collaboratively with the café team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications
