Bakery Team – BetterGreensPositions: Commis I | Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR

At Loaf by BetterGreens, we're building a bakery that celebrates good ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship and exceptional baking.

From naturally leavened sourdoughs and artisanal breads to buttery viennoiserie, pastries and an evolving range of baked goods, we're looking for passionate bakers to join our growing production team.

We are hiring across multiple levels:

Open Positions

- Commis I – Bakery
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Bakery

 What We're Looking For

- Prior professional experience working in a bakery or pastry production environment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in baking, with a positive understanding of bakery fundamentals.
- Familiarity with bread-making, sourdough, viennoiserie and/or pastry production is preferred.
- Understanding of dough handling, fermentation, proofing, shaping and baking processes.
- Good knowledge of ingredient handling, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Attention to detail,



willingness to learn and a genuine passion for the craft.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily bakery production as per established recipes and standards.
- Work across breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie and other bakery products.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the production area.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production schedules.
