Role Description The Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role involves handling day-to-day back office operations, including data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and processing finance applications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with front office and sales teams, managing customer records, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Back Office

Executive will support office operations by tracking loans, payments, and finance-related documentation,



while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications

- Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills, including data management, documentation, and workflow coordination.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and supporting customer-related processes.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes to support sales teams with documentation and operational follow-up.
- Foundational Finance knowledge, especially in auto finance or NBFC operations, to manage loan files and related records.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with numerical data, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and collaborate in a structured team environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in NBFC or banking back office is an advantage.
