Role Description
We are looking for a B2B Outreach Specialist (Appointment Setting & Email Marketing) for a full-time, remote position.
Your main responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, reach out to decision-makers, and book qualified sales appointments. You will research companies, build prospect lists, send personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, manage follow-ups, and handle responses from interested prospects.
You will primarily target businesses in Switzerland and France, including the hospitality industry.
The goal is to generate genuine business opportunities and confirmed appointments with interested decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B outreach, lead generation,
or appointment setting.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and cold email marketing.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- French communication skills are an advantage.
- Experience using CRM and email outreach tools.
- Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly appointment targets.
Job Details
- Location: Fully Remote (India-based applicants)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, including a one-hour break.
- Compensation: Fixed salary based on experience + performance incentives for qualified, attended appointments.
