We are looking for a hands-on Azure & Microsoft Fabric Data Architect who can design, build and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms.

Must-Have Experience:

- 10+ years in Data Engineering, Database Design & Data Architecture
- 6+ years of hands-on Azure Data Platform experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric implementation
- Solid expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen2 and OneLake
- Hands-on development using PySpark, Python, T-SQL and Delta Lake
- Experience building Medallion Lakehouse Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
- Power BI semantic models, Direct Lake/DirectQuery and performance optimization
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, data governance and security
- Mandatory manufacturing domain experience, with exposure to PLM, MES and ERP data integration

Important: This is a hands-on architecture role, not a purely managerial or solution-design position. Candidates must have practical experience in coding, pipeline development and implementation.
