Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to manage awareness campaigns, public outreach initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and event management activities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in planning and executing outreach programs, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, managing large-scale events, and driving awareness initiatives of government programmes.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders, planning and executing awareness campaign, public outreach program and events for managing public events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination with stake holder

- Coordinate with stakeholder and, authorities.
- Maintain professional relationships with different stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, approvals, permissions, and other necessary arrangements for government-related events.

2. Awareness Campaign Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute public awareness campaigns and outreach programmes.
- Develop campaign execution plans, schedules, and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate awareness drives, public engagement programmes, workshops, seminars, and community-level initiatives.
- Monitor campaign progress and prepare reports on participation, outreach, and outcomes.

3. Event Planning and Management

- Plan and manage events, public awareness programmes, conferences, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate venues, logistics, vendors, promotional materials, equipment, and on-ground arrangements.
- Manage event schedules, registrations, participant coordination, and execution.
- Ensure smooth event operations and timely resolution of logistical issues.

4. Stakeholder and Team Management





- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, field staff, and external agencies.
- Manage field-level teams and ensure effective execution of campaign activities.
- Communicate campaign objectives and operational requirements to all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong working relationships with government and community stakeholders.

5. Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare campaign proposals, event plans, progress reports, attendance records, and post-event summaries.
- Maintain documentation related to government meetings, campaign activities, permissions, and event expenses.
- Track campaign performance against agreed targets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable government guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management.
- Prior experience in government projects, public awareness campaigns, event management, and public outreach initiatives of Government Organisation.

Required Skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent event planning, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and other locations in Telangana, as required.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English is preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates who have previously worked with, government agencies, public-sector initiatives, or government-funded projects.
- Professionals with hands-on experience managing awareness campaigns, public outreach programmes.
- Candidates with an established understanding of stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates with experience in field operations and large-scale public engagement programmes.
