Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an AutoCAD 2D professional aligned with the Council of Architecture standards. The role involves preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings in AutoCAD 2D for luxury farmhouses and related site elements. Daily responsibilities include translating design concepts into detailed plans, assisting with space planning and layout optimization, and updating drawings based on design reviews and site feedback.

The person in this role will collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet regulatory requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.



The role also requires regular coordination with on-site teams to support smooth execution of design intent.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce exact architectural drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy in technical representation.
- Experience in space planning and layout design for residential or luxury projects.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with architects, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Diploma or degree in architecture, architectural drafting, or a related field; Council of Architecture-compliant education is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices relevant to residential and farmhouse projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Proficiency in related design tools (e.g., basic 3D visualization software) and familiarity with documentation workflows is beneficial.
