We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Associate Sales Consultant to join our telesales team for the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products or services, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.
