Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Associate Project Manager – Automation to manage and coordinate automation projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical systems, automation technologies, and project operations, along with the ability to handle project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor automation projects from initiation to completion.
- Handle day-to-day project operations, resource allocation, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with electrical, design, production, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control panels, and basic electrical systems.
- Have working knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLC, HMI, sensors, motors, and control systems.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, material requirements, and overall progress.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure project quality, safety standards, and timely delivery.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates,



and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations within the automation or electrical industry.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and industrial automation projects.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, control panels, and electrical components.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Valuable communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with hands-on experience in automation project execution and operations.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and handling end-to-end project activities.
- Candidates who can balance technical understanding with project and team management.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years

Salary: Upto 40,000 P/M
