Elecbits is a tech-enabled B2B platform that helps Electronics Enterprises to go from an idea to a shelf ready, commercial Electronics Product. We cover the end-to-end intricacies involved in the Electronics product development & manufacturing cycle using 25+ micro-services on our AI-Enabled Electronics OS - Elecbits XOR.

We’re looking for an expereinced individual to translate business needs and user insights into actionable product requirements, drive roadmap execution, and deliver impactful features through cross-functional collaboration. You’ll leverage data analytics, user research, and agile methodologies to optimize workflows, enhance product performance, and align engineering, design, and operations toward business goals.

Responsibilities -

a. Lead product execution

- Break down product problems into clear requirements and user stories.
- Assist in creating PRDs, user flows, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Support sprint planning, grooming, QA, and release cycles.
- Coordinate with engineering & design teams until feature launch.

b. Data & Insights
- Derive data and insights as well as analyze product usage, internal workflows, supplier behavior, and customer data.
- Build dashboards and performance reports using tools like Mixpanel/GA/Excel/SQL.
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and insights to guide product decisions.
- Support instrumentation planning for new features.

c. Research & Problem Understanding
- Conduct structured user interviews with Ops, Vendors, PMs & Clients.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and ecosystem maps.




- Benchmark competitive products and create insight-driven reports.

d. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Ops, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Communicate requirements, improvements, blockers, and progress clearly.
- Participate in demos, product reviews, training sessions, and UAT.

Key requirements-:

1. 3-5 years of experience in product, business analysis, data analysis, or consulting.
2. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL, and data visualization tools.
4. Ability to write clear and structured documents.
5. Strong understanding of user journeys, workflows, and system thinking.
6. Bonus: Experience in SaaS, ERP, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or B2B products.
7. Bonus: Familiarity with Mixpanel, GA, Jira, Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
8. Excellent communication, curiosity, and ownership mindset.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
