Role Overview :

OGS India is seeking Associate Manager - Alteryx Automation & AI Solutions with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver solid financial performance. This might be a excellent fit if you have a strong fair knowledge of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

As a Specialist skilled in both data analysis and data modeling. The candidate is expected to have expert-level Alteryx skills for data preparation, automation, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. Building analytical apps, macros, process re-engineering using Alteryx.

We are also looking for a candidate with strong communication skills who is comfortable with presenting and proposing their own solutions and ideas. This role drives strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Alteryx Development & Automation





- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated Alteryx workflows to automate data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Build scalable, reusable, and modular workflows that support enterprise-wide business requirements.
- Deploy, schedule, monitor, and optimize workflows through Alteryx Server.
- Administer Alteryx Gallery, Collections, user permissions, and workflow governance.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Automate recurring financial, accounting, and operational reporting processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Develop complex data transformation logic involving multiple data sources, advanced formulas, joins, unions, aggregations, and iterative macros.
- Create and maintain standard, batch, and iterative macros to improve workflow reusability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to replace spreadsheet-based processes and repetitive manual tasks with automated solutions.
- Establish development standards, documentation practices, and workflow design best practices.

Data Integration & Enterprise Connectivity

- Develop automated data pipelines using Alteryx Connectors and APIs.
- Integrate data from SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, flat files, and cloud applications.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT solutions to support reporting, analytics, and business operations.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are maintained.

Financial Reporting & Business Process Automation

- Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, operational challenges, and opportunities for automation.
- Streamline financial close activities, account reconciliations, and data consolidation processes.
- Automate the preparation and distribution of recurring management reports and financial datasets.
- Build workflows that consolidate financial and operational information from multiple systems into standardized reporting structures.
- Implement automated controls to improve data integrity, auditability, and regulatory compliance where applicable.
- Reduce reliance on manual Excel processes while maintaining appropriate financial controls and transparency.

SharePoint,



Microsoft 365 & API Integration

- Develop solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.
- Extract, upload, and manage files and metadata using SharePoint connectors and APIs.
- Build and consume REST APIs for data ingestion and system integration.
- Configure and manage authentication methods such as OAuth, Client ID/Client Secret, and token-based authentication.

AI & Intelligent Automation

- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI-powered solutions across business processes.
- Integrate AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools into automation workflows.
- Design and deploy AI-assisted solutions for:
- Data extraction and document processing
- Report generation and summarization
- Data validation and anomaly detection
- Knowledge management and search

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity and automation maturity.

Python & Advanced Automation

- Develop Python-based automation scripts and custom components within Alteryx workflows.
- Utilize Python for API integrations, data processing, AI model interaction, and workflow extensions.
- Support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives.
- Optimize automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Lead solution design discussions and technical workshops.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for automation development.
- Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and automation technologies across the organization.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and deployment standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

This may be the right role for you if you have:

- Graduate or above Degree with 6-9 years of experience in Data Analysis & Modelling.
- Minimum 5 years of expert-level proficiency with Alteryx for data blending, transformation, and workflow automation.
- Ability to communicate with both the team and management regarding the status of current project initiatives.
- Communicate with project lead regarding project health, status, and risks.
- Ability to work closely with team members on collaborative initiatives, both on individual projects and on teamwide projects.
