An Associate General Manager - Planning will manage entire planning and scheduling of execution work to complete safely and within schedule. The purpose of this position is to effectively plan, schedule, monitor, and control project activities to ensure successful delivery of projects within the approved schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, tracking progress and performance, identifying critical activities and potential delays, and implementing timely recovery and mitigation strategies.

Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual commitments, and execution strategies.
- Additionally, you will establish baseline schedules, track project progress against approved plans, analyze schedule variances, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines.
- Furthermore, you will perform critical path analysis, monitor critical and near-critical activities, identify potential schedule risks and delays, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation plans to minimize project impacts.




- Meanwhile, you will collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless schedule integration, resource optimization, and effective project coordination.
- Consequently, you will monitor project performance, assess actual progress against planned targets, and provide accurate forecasting of milestones, deliverables, and project completion dates.
- Moreover, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management updates to support informed decision-making and project governance.
- Finally, you will participate in project review meetings, communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery strategies, and support the successful achievement of project scope, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You must be having a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline and have at least 12–18 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
