Location: Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Shift: Canadian Daytime Hours (Evening/Night IST)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)

About the RoleThe candidate will lead day-to-day academic operations, manage faculty performance, ensure teaching quality, and drive student outcomes across DELF A1–B2 and TEF Canada preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage academic operations, batch scheduling, and course delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate French language faculty.
- Monitor student progress, assessments, and examination readiness.
- Maintain curriculum quality and academic standards.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with the Academic Director.

Requirements
- C1/C2 or native-level French proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of DELF/DALF, TCF,



and TEF Canada.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic leadership or faculty management.
- Proven ability to manage teachers and drive student outcomes.
- Proficiency in LMS, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital learning tools.
- Willingness to work in office in Coimbatore during Canadian business hours.
