We are looking for a senior Business Finance leader for our Bengaluru location, with 10+ years of relevant experience and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation (mandatory). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering, with demonstrated ownership of P&L; performance and the ability to partner directly with the CFO and CEO.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience in P&L; management, revenue analysis, cost optimisation, pricing, contribution margins and profitability improvement.
- Experience tracking business performance against AOP and budgets, identifying financial gaps and driving corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of taxation, cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
- Experience evaluating business cases, commercial opportunities, pricing decisions and growth initiatives.
- Prior experience managing a team and influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates from education, services, D2C, e-commerce or other high-growth businesses are preferred.
