Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

· Drive daily, weekly and monthly store sales targets.

· Ensure every customer receives a warm, engaging and personalised shopping experience.

· Ensure Sales team assists customers with product selection, styling and gifting recommendations.

· Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value and conversions.

· Handle customer queries, feedback, exchanges and complaints professionally.

Store & Team Management

· Lead, motivate and manage the store sales team.

· Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance and ensure punctuality and discipline.

· Conduct daily sales briefings and communicate targets to the team.

· Train team members on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques and Aiza's brand standards.

· Monitor individual and team performance and work towards improving productivity.

· Ensure sales team is well groomed as per company policy

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

· Ensure the store is always clean, well-organised and visually appealing.

· Maintain jewellery displays as per Aiza's visual merchandising guidelines.

· Ensure products are replenished and displayed properly throughout the day.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment when required.

· Conduct regular stock checks and audits as per company policy and ensure proper handling and security of inventory.





· Ensure smooth billing and POS operations.

Reporting & Business Performance

· Prepare and share daily sales and store performance reports and MIS.

· Track key metrics such as sales, conversion, average bill value and best-selling products.

· Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.

· Coordinate with the management team on promotions, events, marketing activities and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

· Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Executive in fashion, jewellery, beauty, accessories or premium retail.

· Solid sales orientation and ability to lead by example on the shop floor.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident, well-groomed and presentable personality.

· Comfortable interacting with customers and handling a young retail team.

· Basic understanding of billing/POS systems, inventory and store reporting.

· Ability to work weekends and retail hours, including public holidays as per store requirements.
