NCRD's PU Sterling College is looking for enthusiastic, energetic and target-oriented candidates to join our Admissions & Marketing Team as an Assistant Sales Manager.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

- Visit tuition classes, coaching centres and educational institutes to promote college programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with tuition class owners, teachers and educational counsellors.
- Generate student enquiries and prospective admission leads through field visits.
- Promote undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the college.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility criteria and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Participate in educational fairs, promotional activities and admission campaigns.




- Achieve admission targets and maintain regular reports of field visits and lead conversions.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, field sales or educational admissions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Confidence in interacting with students, parents and educational institutes.
- A target-oriented and proactive approach.
