Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based at our units in Mumbai/Pune.

The Assistant Restaurant

Manager will support daily restaurant operations, including supervising front-of-house teams, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming workplace for guests.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer service, monitoring guest feedback, supporting staff scheduling, and assisting with hiring and training team members. The role will also involve coordinating with the kitchen team,



implementing company policies and service standards, managing cash handling and basic reporting, and helping drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The Assistant Restaurant

Manager will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational efficiency and brand-aligned guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including understanding of menus, service protocols, and hygiene and safety standards.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Experience with Hiring and basic people management, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on consistent service delivery.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
