We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development Trainer with solid experience in restaurant training and hands-on outlet operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on restaurant/outlet operations experience.
- 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Must be open to frequent travelling.
- Candidates with a stable career history, no unexplained employment gaps, and no frequent job changes will be preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs for restaurant teams and management staff.
- Train employees on restaurant SOPs, guest service, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Identify training needs and improve employee performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
- Coordinate with operations teams to enhance service quality and guest experience.
