Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Understanding and Reviewing of drawings for projects, including foundations-drainage-grading layouts. Apply field mark- ups of project as-built drawings with minimal supervision.

·
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations

·
- Visit sites and advise on civil engineering issues

·
- Responsible for Site Establishment with Sub-contractor as per the Site Requirements

·
- Responsible for Submission of Drawings with Site level approvals to be taken

·
- Manage changes related to the design. Identify and notify relevant parties of changes in the project during executions

·
- Responsible for Attending Site Meetings as per the site Requirements

·
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan Civil installations.

·
- Supervise and coordinate Civil workers and subcontractors

·
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Civil systems.

·
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards

·
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

·
- Identify and resolve Civil issues and faults.

·
- Adopt all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary & drainage design, and safety on all work assignments

·
- Perform technical evaluations and troubleshoot Civil problems on-site.

·
- Maintain records of Civil installations and systems.

·
- Maintain the Materials Logbook.

·
- Ensure projects run smoothly and complete on time and within budget

·
- Correct any project deficiencies that affect construction and safety requirements prior to final evaluation and project reviews

·




- Maintain the Site Workers Record

·
- Reporting to the In-charges with Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports

·
- Prepare and update reports, records, and documentation.

·
- Preparation of Execution Site Process Procedures and Co-Ordinate with Sub-Contractors from time to time.

·
- Prepare submittals of Civil materials for Executions in local when as necessary.

· Communicate with stakeholders and authorities.

· Travel out of town for short periods of time as required by projects and assignments

·

- Work closely with project managers and other engineers to ensure the project's Closeout in time.

·
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

·
- Evaluate project risk time to time.

·
- Responsible for Time-to-Time Billing process and Revenue making along with Projects.

·
- Closeout with Punch Closing to Lead the Project closeout with FTOV.

·
- Site Provision of Cash Flow Planning ON Monthly Basis.

·
- Responsible for verifying JMCs for supply and erection bills from the client to ensure smooth processing of invoices.

·
- Shall be able to prepare the micro-plan, completion schedules etc.. for work.

·
- BBS, JMC, Reconciliation, Material record register and others.

Requirements

·




- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English &
- Hindi)

·
- Preparation of Civil BOQ for substation EPC tendering and execution

· robust knowledge of concrete and building design engineering

·

- Knowledge of costing of substation project and risk in civil works

·
- Strong knowledge of GIS &
- AIS Equipment’s up-to 800kV

·
- Understanding of equipment and all related works to substation

·
- Knowledge of design documents and drawings necessary to complete a project

·
- Knowledge of Civil codes, regulations, and standards

·
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

·
- Knowledge of materials approvals, testing and other parameters to initiate and execute the work at site.

·
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

·
- Min of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Auto CAD (Printing and minor edit), MS-Project or Primavera

·
- Supervise and manage Civil installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites
