Responsibilities

- To manage communication with the brand for delivery updates/ alerts.
- Daily communication with buyers for production related activities/ submissions
- To manage aggressive TnA/ Line plans with factories & weekly visits to factory shop floors in NCR region.
- To co-ordinate and lead CFT meetings at office as well as factories.
- To publish weekly WIPs, Fit and other trackers.
- To maintain and map Vendor performance on key submission timelines of Fit, Fabric, Color and Trims
- In-depth cost, TNA analysis with factories/team
- Effective/in-depth style RISK assessment at the PD stage

Qualifications and Requirements

- US Market exposure is a must
- Experience 10-16 years
- Exposure to both woven and knits
- Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Outlook calendar
- Strong at Product development, SMS driven (Women - Knit & Woven), excellent at Cost negotiations & TNA
- Reasonable fabric & wash knowledge added advantage
- Valuable verbal and written English communication skills
