Experience: 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of Accounting standards, Budgeting, Cost control, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, monitoring budgets and costs, supporting financial planning, and providing timely financial insights to management.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Review ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

B. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets and identify variances.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain budget inputs and expenditure estimates.
- Prepare budget variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

C. MIS & Management Reporting





- Prepare and analyze periodic financial MIS reports for management review.
- Develop reports covering revenue, expenditure, profitability, budgets, and cost variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data and reports.
- Present meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with approximately 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based organization will be preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with strong analytical abilities and a practical approach to financial planning and cost management will be an advantage.
