Role Description The Articled Assistant (CA/CMA) will support audit, taxation, and advisory engagements under the guidance of experienced professionals in an on-site, full-time role based in Rajasthan, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, performing vouching, ledger scrutiny, and documentation,



and helping prepare working papers and audit reports. The role involves supporting GST and income tax compliance, including return preparation, reconciliations, and basic assessments, as well as contributing to corporate consultancy and project-related assignments.

The Articled

Assistant will also work on data analysis, financial statements review, and system audit procedures, while coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be registered as CA or CMA students and eligible to commence articleship as per institute guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing basics, and financial statement analysis.
- Understanding of direct and indirect taxation, especially income tax and GST compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic familiarity with accounting and audit software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage time and multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to evolving regulations, and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Prior internship or exposure in a CA/CMA firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
