Role Overview

Chandigarh University is looking for proactive and result-oriented Area Coordinators to manage admission activities across assigned locations in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves coordinating with admission teams, managing school and college outreach activities, developing institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of admission-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage admission activities across assigned districts/territories in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, educational consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Identify opportunities for student outreach, admission campaigns, seminars, career counselling sessions and educational events.
4.



Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure effective follow-up and timely resolution of student enquiries.
5. Support the planning and execution of admission drives, promotional activities, education fairs and counselling events.
6. Conduct regular market visits to understand local education trends, competitor activities and admission opportunities.
7. Monitor area-wise admission performance, student enquiries, application progress and reporting.
8. Ensure effective coordination with internal teams for student counselling, application processing and admission-related support.
9. Prepare regular MIS reports covering field activities, institutional visits, outreach initiatives and admission progress.
10. Build a solid local network to enhance Chandigarh University's brand presence and outreach across the assigned territory.
