Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst Software Engineer (Python) for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Python software engineering, backend development, application development, API engineering, automation, data processing, databases, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and modern software-development practices.

The Analyst Software Engineer (Python) will collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, automation tools, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, and digital solutions.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, microservices, cloud platforms, Git, Docker, automated testing, CI/CD, and related Python technologies.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, automation, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.

- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python backend and web-development frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexes, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, workflow automation, report generation, data extraction, data transformation, scheduled processes, or business-process automation will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data cleaning, data validation, batch processing, data integration, or workflow orchestration will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to PyTest, unittest, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD,



or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, virtual environments, dependency management, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, Celery, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, caching, asynchronous processing, background jobs, scheduled tasks, or messaging systems will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and input-validation concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to scalable backend systems, distributed applications, serverless technologies, cloud functions, or event-driven architectures will be advantageous.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, data science, analytics, or predictive modelling using Python will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Python software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, Python project, backend project, API project, automation project, data project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, libraries, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, automation tools, testing technologies, and modern software-engineering practices.
